1.4 Kurze Beschreibung
The ProSol Project is part of the special initiative ONE WORLD without Hunger (SEWOH) of the global program Soil Protection and Rehabilitation for Food Security. This global program is implemented in 7 countries (Ethiopia, Benin, Burkina Faso, India, Kenya, Madagascar, and Tunisia).
The ProSol project has three main components
1. Implementation of soil protection and rehabilitation measures in the central and northwestern regions
2. The political, institutional, and social anchoring of the soil protection theme
3. Knowledge management and networking on soil protection issues
The ProSol project aims to promote sustainable approaches and concrete measures in the protection and rehabilitation of degraded soils on a large scale in the central and northwestern regions of Tunisia.
The project is implemented since September 2019 in collaboration with the General Directorate of Land Management and Conservation (DGACTA) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Fisheries (MARHP).
This mission contributes mainly to components 1 and 3 and aims to strengthen innovations and business in the sustainable management of agricultural land in Tunisia.

3. Teilnahmebedingungen

3.1 Befähigung zur Berufsausübung einschließlich Auflagen hinsichtlich der Eintragung in einem Berufs- oder Handelsregister
1. Trading name and address, commercial register number.
2. Eligibility declaration that no grounds for exclusion in Section 123, 124 of the German Act Against Restraints of Competition (GWB) apply.
3. Eligibility declaration subcontractors if applicable.
4. Association clause if applicable.

3.2 Wirtschaftliche und finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit
1. Average annual turnover for the last three years (last-but-four financial year can be included in case of tenders held within 6 months of end of last financial year), at least: 600,000.00 EUR
2. Average number of employees and managers in the last three calendar years, at least 5 persons

3.3 Technische und berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit
1. The technical assessment is only based on reference projects with a minimum commission value of 100,000.00 EUR
2. At least 3 reference Projects in the last three years in the technical field Technology-Transfer, Scaling and Promotiong of Innovative Producst and Services by SME and/or Start-Ups, of which:
1 reference project in the agricultural sector / sustainable use of agricultural land
and 1 reference project including the development and organization of an innovation competition (any sector).
And at least 1 reference project in the MENA region in the last 3 years
